Refund policy

At readytowearpk.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note the following guidelines:

1. Conditions: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Refundable Items: Sale items or discounted products are non-refundable and only eligible for exchange.
3. Process: To initiate a return, please email us at readytowear.pk1@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we will guide you through the process.
4. Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 business days once we receive the returned item. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
